CPM®

The especially important matter for the Polish IREM® Chapter is the CPM®- Certified Property Manager® title. It is held by quite a large and still increasing number of property managers over the world. Being CPM® brings prestige and is an additional asset on the property management market, that is why requirements for a candidate to get the title are so hard to fulfill - he or she not only needs the theoretical knowledge, which is provided on the courses organized by IREM® Poland, but it is also very important that he or she has a long-term practical experience in property management. The topics and range of courses are wide and change along with the changing market conditions. The courses are often taught by members of the IREM® US and provide an unique chance of getting some knowledge about the American property management market and about the solutions used behind the ocean.

It is also worth mentioning that one of the reasons of founding the CPM® title (which took place in 1938) was the necessity of creating high professional standards in property management. Thanks to wide knowledge and long-term experience CPM® can maximally use and extend the property’s profitability potential.

Last, but not least, thing to be mentioned as a good reason for making an effort to obtain the CPM® title is the increasing number of property owners who pay attention to and appreciate this prestigious title.

Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) is able to:
