IREM®’s mission is to train, to grant the professional rights and to promote highly skilled and well educated property managers. Our organization is also involved in the development of professional standards in property management.
IREM® organizes courses on many continents. Almost 6000 people participate in them each year. The content of courses is based on the American experience, although specific programmes and materials are adjusted systematically to changing law and conditions of the Polish market by PFRN instructors (with help of USAID and Cooperation Fund).
Our teachers are not only experienced experts, but also gifted lecturers. All of them got IREM®’s approval after having finished the special training preparing them to reach the standards developed by the Institute.
The courses are taught in the lively, attractive, interactive way, with the use of audiovisual technology. The course materials are designed exclusively for every course and are not available in any other way, but only as student books for participants of the courses. These books are useful not only during the course but also in daily practice of every property manager.
