IREM® Poland

In April 1998 a group of Polish property managers initiated the foundation of Polish IREM® Chapter. In autumn of the same year the board of IREM® in Chicago officially registered Polish IREM® Chapter (Chapter 109) with the headquarters in Warsaw. It was the first IREM® chapter outside the North American continent.

Simultaneously Polish founders have registered Polish IREM® Chapter as an association under the Polish law. Since January 1999 our organization is a legal person.

The mission of the Polish IREM® Chapter is „to improve the quality of property management services in Poland by propagating the knowledge and sharing the experience in professional property management, for the benefits of property owners and the whole Polish society.” The Chapter executes its goals by organizing trainings for property managers and introducing tests and certificates checking and confirming competencies and professionalism of its members and every interested property manager. Both courses and certificates are introduced to help Polish property managers to improve their professional skills and understand and adjust to clients' needs. The Polish IREM® Chapter associates Polish property managers having the clients in both public and private sector, as well as managing the commercial and residential properties. The membership in the Polish IREM® Chapter is available exclusively for these with the CPM® title or CPM® Candidates.
