The IREM® Chapter with which we stay in the tightest cooperation is the chapter #23 in Chicago. It is the biggest chapter of the Institute - it has over 700 members, with professional CPM®s, candidates and ARMs amongst them. They manage different types of properties in 8 counties and control the management and turnover of properties in that area.
The main goal of IREM® Chicago is to provide the local property market with educational programs and thus to provide clients with complex service. Both their and our mission is to widen the professionalism of our members and strengthen the positive image of the CPM® and IREM®.
Chicago IREM® Chapter is well known thanks to its outstanding seminars, courses and conferences.
